Loft100
Loft100 was designed to accommodate the needs of a young couple in Patras. The clients have bought this small plot (5 X 20 m) in the centre of Patras and dreamed of creating not just a livable and sufficient home but a comfy and cozy residence.
Rising to the challenge of this small lot size, s-archetype employed smart design techniques, to create a totally comfortable and contemporary loft house, that maximized the available space not just in utility but also aesthetically.
The result, Loft100. A long and narrow structure of interconnected spaces, filled with light and room to breathe, offering clear visibility up, down and all around inside the house.

The glass façade provides a great deal of daylight into the house without compromising the occupants’ privacy and making the limited space of each level look as grand as possible.
The 3-storey structure features a garage on the ground level, a specious living room and a small wc on the first floor, a functional kitchen and dining room on the second floor and finally 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, on the top floor.
